<p>My approach to portraiture, whether it be the tiny features of a newborn, the familiar banter between a brother and sister or the expectant glow of a mother-to-be, is spontaneous yet relaxed, with an emphasis on creativity.</p>
<p>Children: With over ten years of childcare experience, it is such a joy for me to capture the natural beauty and free spirit of childhood on film. I approach each session with a genuine enthusiasm and prefer playing with your children in their own magical world rather than controlling their behaviour and actions. I can usually be found crawling around on the grass or floor alongside my subjects, inevitably drawing out those fleeting emotions you, as a parent, know so well.</p>
<p>Having worked closely with children of all ages I can appreciate the patience and attitude required to gain a young person's trust. Whether it is the shy glance from underneath long eyelashes or the out-of-control giggle that accompanies the pure silliness of childhood, my portraits will truthfully reflect you child's unique personality. </p>
<p>Babies: An important time for early childhood portraits is during the first twelve months of a babies life. During this time there are daily changes taking place, your child is developing and learning something new every day. We cannot redo this time in their lives, which makes it so important to capture these memories and treasure them for years to come. Please ask about our popular "It's A New Beginning" package, which includes a series of four scheduled portrait sessions commencing with your pregnancy through to your baby's first birthday.</p>
<p>Families: To me, a family is truly represented by highlighting the special bonds between siblings and parents. I avoid shooting formal family portraits and prefer to emphasize the emotions and relationships within your family unit. A laughing toddler riding up on Daddy's shoulders, a secret between young sisters or the proud glance between new parents is far more meaningful to me than a static family portrait.</p>
<p>Pregnancy: Women are learning to be proud rather than self-conscious of their flourishing figures during this special time, and rightly so! My maternity portraits reflect the happiness and natural wonder of this time in your life. Throughout your session we will play with fabric and clothing choices to create a series of images that will always remind you of this magical time. Feel free to include your partner and children in your pregnancy session.</p>
<h2 align="center">Additional Information:</h2>
<p>I prefer to photograph in an environment where you and your children will feel confident and relaxed; the family home or garden, a favorite park or beaches are ideal locations. Newborn and pregnancy sessions are typically conducted indoors, in a well-lit area of your home or in my studio.</p>
<p>Black and white is my film of choice; used to enhance natural emotion, avoid distracting colors of clothing and the surrounding environment while adding a timeless quality to your treasured portraits. In most cases I complete the photographic process by personally printing my images, this allows me total creative control throughout the formation of my portraits.</p>
<p>Whenever possible I like to schedule an initial consultation to meet with you to brainstorm ideas and discuss issues such as location and clothing choices. I typically would like to meet with your children before the day of your session, which enables me to explore their personality a little and helps them to feel more comfortable with me on the day of their session.</p>

<p>Your wedding day will be one of the most cherished days of your life, your memories of each moment should last a lifetime. As your photographer, my role in your wedding is to capture the story of your special day in a discreet and respectful manner so that you, as a couple, can look back through your wedding albums and re-live the exhilarating feelings of this momentous day. </p>
<p>I will approach your wedding day with an eye for the spontaneous and a true enthusiasm for shooting the details, emotions and romance that will make your wedding unique. I am candid, recording the sudden bursts of celebration; yet I am also patient, waiting for those tender moments that often take place beyond the inner circle of celebration. With a passion for documentary and fine art photography, I create a visual story that frequently begins with the bridal preparation and continues throughout the day until the final moment when the newlyweds slip away to commence their life together.</p>
<p>As each wedding is unique I prefer to create a custom-designed package that will suit your particular photography needs. On your chosen day I am available for up to ten hours of wedding coverage. Upon returning from your honeymoon, you will receive over 350 Black & White and color images presented in two elegant preview albums. You may then choose to purchase your negative set, preferring to compile your wedding albums personally or you may order your final images, albums and enlargements through Kreative Images Photography. </p>

<p>Kellie Yandle is a portrait and wedding photographer with an eye for the subtle and a penchant for having fun. Since discovering the joy of photography ten years ago, Kellie has applied her background in Physical Education and Childcare to capturing children throughout the many stages of their lives on film. Her instinctive connection with children coupled with her playful and relaxed approach to photography is reflected in the final images: tender, candid and bursting with priceless expressions.</p>
<p>In 1999, at the request of a friend Kellie ventured into the world of wedding photography. It was this significant moment that influenced Kellie to add wedding day celebrations to her photography repertoire. Kellie approaches weddings with her trademark eye for detail and flair for creative angles. You can relax and savour the joy of your special day knowing that Kellie is capturing the precious moments as they unfold around you.</p>
<p>While pursuing her love for photography, Kellie studied her craft at Langara College and Focal Point Visual Arts Learning Centre in Vancouver, Canada. She has also gained a wealth of technical knowledge and first-hand experience while assisting several established Vancouver portrait and wedding photographers.</p>
<p>Kellie continually strives to reflect the essence in each moment: the bold laugh of a child, the smooth skin of a pregnant mother's belly, the first dance at a wedding. Her easy-going nature helps her subjects to relax and enjoy the experience of having their picture taken.
